Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience. With a technique that is similar to the upper body action of classic cross-country skiing, Nordic Walking becomes a whole body exercise that can be enjoyed at any level.

A Nordic Walking session lasts 60 minutes and it’s the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. Every session includes a technique focus using the INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation) 10 step method. As your technique improves the more benefits you get from Nordic Walking, like burning 46% more calories.

If you are new to Nordic Walking then contact me directly to arrange your first session and thereafter receive coaching while walking.  

I walk daily in the Grafham Water / Little Paxton / Huntingdon area.  Learn to Nordic Walk workshops are run periodically and I am also happy to do small group and one to one sessions so please contact me with your requests.
